Creation
The volume creation step happens any time you use an ephemeral volume, and the first time that you use a persistent volume. Technically speaking, your cluster administrator configures a Storage Driver and uses it to configure a top level Storage Class based on the storage hardware available in your environment. Your workflow creates and/or uses one or more Storage Volumes which are simply directories within the top level Storage Volume. If you are using a persistent volume that has already been created Fuzzball simply locates it during this stage of the workflow.
